Alpinestars is dedicated to providing the highest quality technical apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging with all protective tags and technical manuals intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Alpinestars account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the items in their original box, ensuring all armor and liners are included, and affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.
Ship the Package
Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; please retain your tracking number until the refund has been successfully processed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the gear is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
